How to Apply

You must apply on the official Walker River Paiute Tribe portal for current open vacancies. A listing of current job vacancies can be seen by 'CLICKING' the current positions button.
CURRENT POSITIONS
What do I need to attach to my application?
In order to receive full credit for education and experience, the following documents must be attached to the application.
  • Copy of current Driver's License record from DMV
  • Copies of degrees and/or transcripts.
  • Copies or diplomas/certificates
  • Any type of permit or other appropriate documents required for the position. 

How do I claim Native Preference and/or Veteran's preference?
  • Certificate of Indian Blood (CIB)
  • DD214 or DD215

Where and how can I apply?
To apply for a position all required documents must be submitted online utilizing the portal by the close of business (5:00 PM) on or before the closing date specified on the Job Vacancy Announcement. Complete and submit all necessary documents to meet the requirements, any missing information will be considered incomplete submission.
